What to include when you contact the team

A question about the site. Name the page and the sentence you are asking about. That lets the team answer the exact point instead of guessing which page you mean.

A privacy request. Say whether you want a copy of what was collected, a correction or a deletion. Use the same email address you gave the site, so the request can be matched to the right record.

A correction. Send the page address, the statement you think is wrong, and where a better source is. Rules and thresholds change, and a link to the agency page is the fastest way to a fix, because the team can read the source itself instead of weighing one recollection against another. Short and specific beats long.

A property or a project. Do not use this form. The site assessment request asks for the acreage, access, vegetation and finish details that a useful first answer depends on.
